Curriculum Vitae
David Shir studied law at the European University Viadrina and at Humboldt University in Berlin. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, with placements at international commercial law firms.
He is currently pursuing his doctorate at Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel in the field of criminal tax law.
His practice focuses on tax law and estate law. He advises clients in particular on the tax structuring of asset and corporate structures, as well as on the strategic planning and structuring of corporate and estate succession.
