Dr. Heinrich Stallknecht

Dr. Heinrich Stallknecht initially worked as a trainee in the North Rhine-Westphalia State Finance Administration, during which time he attended the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in Nordkirchen. He then studied law and economics at Ruhr University Bochum. After passing the first and second state law examinations, he earned his doctorate in administrative law at Ruhr University Bochum. From 1991 to 2015, he worked as an lawyer at a large international law firm, becoming a partner in 1993 and serving as a member of the international management board from 2000 to 2007. From 2016 to 2024, he practiced law at Stallknecht Rechtsanwalts GmbH. He has been practicing law at S&P since 2025.

As a certified specialist in commercial and corporate law, Dr. Heinrich Stallknecht primarily advises on corporate law matters, particularly transactions, reorganizations, and shareholder disputes. He is a member of the preliminary examination committee for the certification of specialists in commercial and corporate law at the Düsseldorf Bar Association and a board member of his own family business (property management and equity shareholdings).
