Dr. Tilman Steinert

Dr. Tilman Steinert studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. During his studies, he focused on corporate law. He was a research assistant in the office of Prof. Lorenz Fastrich at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, where he earned his doctorate with a dissertation on stock corporation law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal.

Dr. Tilman Steinert is a specialist lawyer in commercial and corporate law. He has extensive experience in corporate law, including from various roles at leading commercial law firms. His practice focuses on advising entrepreneurs, particularly family business owners, on succession planning, the sale and purchase of companies (M&A), and the resolution of shareholder disputes.

Dr. Tilman Steinert is also a member of the supervisory board of a small publicly traded corporation, a member of the board of directors of a corporation, and active in his own family business (real estate portfolio management).

In addition to his professional work, Tilman Steinert is actively involved in various associations and organizations, including as a member of the board of directors of the Friends of the Art Collection of North Rhine-Westphalia e.V. and with Die Familienunternehmer e.V.
